upper and lower ball joints flip

On my 04 f350 dually I was looking at the stock i beams and spindle placement. Is there anyway u can flip the ball joints to put the spindle from the bottom to the top of the beam? Pics and info would b great.. Thanks

Guy I knw took his and put a 96-98 frnt suspension from a Chevy 1 ton so make everything better cause those dream beams are junk if u wanting todo anything with
