ok i got a 91 toyota pickup and i wanna put a chevy v-8 in it im wondering how hard this will be...my main worrys are the oil pan hittin and kepping the tranny high enough i wont drag it...the truck is bagged any lays frame all the way around and the front is already z'd .... it has a 22r-e in it that was knocking and who ever wired it up has wires every where so that is why i wanna a v-8 i dont wanna mess with all th wireing... any help would be awesome
i can't tell you what it'll be like with the Z, but it's been done many times & there's no clearance issues. if you get a good kit, it's damn near a direct bolt-in. just look at the northwestoffroad website.
