SO ON A 22 YOU CAN GET THE RIGHT OFFSET JUST NOT ON A 24?  MINE IS GETTING BAGGED RIGHT NOW AND ITS JUST GOING TO BE A DAILY. I WANTED TO RUN 24S BUT IF I DONT HAVE TO GET THE REAREND NARROWED FOR 22S ILL JUST RUN 22S

dude, you don't have to shorten the rear axle.  I went with a 24x9 with a +38 offset and they tuck perfectly.  I did not have to do anything with the axle.  There is a tool online called an offset calculator.  Just google it, I used the one from 1010 tires.

thanks for clearing that up

While it is true that you don't have to narrow the rear end but your wheel selection is greatly reduced.

That is true, your wheel selection is greatly reduced.  You just have to get online and look for wheels.  Bzo wheels, Asanti wheels, and any forged wheel can be built to your specs.
