I NEED a D/50 Carb Help!

I recently bought an '88 dodge d/50 with the 2.0 carbed motor on it and The carb needs to be replaced. I was wondering if there are any better carbs out there that would work for this motor and if so how much do they typically run. I need to get this thing back on the road ASAP and get my Hemi Ram parked for a while for my 80 mile a day work and back trips. I don't know jack shit when it comes to these goofy ass Jap motors so if anybody can lead me in the right direction I'd really appreciate it.

Nothing? I know someone has to know a little about these motors.

I replaced mine with a Weber 32/36. Mitsu D/50 carbs suck! Check out the threads on MightyD50.com and it will give you all the info you need.

Thank you much. the local Carb shop wanted $500+ to rebuild the one on the truck and I thought that was a little excessive

It is. Autozone and Napa wants around $600 for a reman one which is crazy. I paid $300 for the weber.
