just recently my truck has been leaking all the air out of my system overnight. but sometimes when i air it back up in the morning, it won't leak at all for a couple days. then ill go back out one morning and all the air is gone. i've sprayed for leaks and can't find anything, but more importantly is how can it leak overnight and then be fine the next day?

its been bagged for two years and this is the first time this has happened. and i've put smc check valves on my compressors so its not leaking back through them. has anyone had this happen before? its all plastic airline and ptc's. the only thing i can think of is one of the fittings leaks when the airline is shaken, then seals back up?

could be leaking out of a valve. Soemtimes it might stick open just a bit maybe slowly letting air out.

check valves in the leader hose can be going bad

wouldn't the fill and dump valve have to be stuck for it to leak out? that would be odd for both valves on the same bag to be stuck open, but with my luck i wouldn't be surprised.

TJ - i mentioned in my first post that i added smc check valves onto my compressors, cause i have had both viair leader hose check valves go bad. unless the smc's went bad, which i would doubt, but you never know.

i guess i could spray the open end of the dump valves to see if any air is leaking out...

just put a rubber on your dump valves after you park for the night.... if i fills up over night you got your leak.... could be a check valve sticking somewhat though... same thing. put a rubber over the inlet on the comp and see what it does just my .02
