the answer is not no but hizzell no. The astro calls for a 10 to 20 + offset by the factory. You need to go to a positive FWD off set to get them to tuck. I am guessing with an 8.5 you should step up to at least a 40mm or larger offset in get the results you want. thats assuming you are talking about a older model astro van.. i dont think there is much difference. Now with the offset you are talking about they will most likely stick out just a bit
