Has anyone on here had any experience with removing the DPF off of a newer diesel truck and getting it to run right? I have a customer that wants me to instal an Edge Juice w/ Attitude and whatever else it takes to get his 07 Dodge to run without it. None of the diesel forums out there seemed to have any definate answers.

I also put a Juice w/ Attitude on a 08 Ford 6.4 and he wants an exhaust now too, but I don't know how to get around the regeneration cycle.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

With the dodge...Sorry I can't help ya...With the 6.4L I know a company that can...Call SCT in longwood, fl (http://www.sctflash.com). They offer both the delete pipe and the tune to shut off the regen cycle.

There are companies that have removed the DPF on the 6.4 and the 6.7. I think the Diablo Sport Downloader can turn the Regeneration mode off and keep the codes from popping up if you remove the filters. I have seen some trucks that have them removed and they pick up 3-4 mpg and run pretty good.
