If you call Steve at RCD Classics (619) 328-5401 x109 he can set you up with some Bilstein shocks for about $100 each. He stands behind his shocks better than anyone else that I have dealt with and he will help you to find the best valving for your application as well.

I always use the monroe catalogue to find shocks that work for the application I need.
PART # EXT COMP STROKE YEAR MAKE MODEL
31000 19.5 12 7.5 1972 Jeep Jeepster
32207 17.875 11.25 6.625 1999 Nissan Quest
32269 21.5 13.375 8.125 1993 Jeep Grand Cherokee
37073 20.75 13 7.75 1993 Mazda B2200 2WD
37037 21.75 13.5 8.25 1984 Ford F150
32270 25 15.125 9.875 1995 Toyota T100 4wd

Those are some common ones I find myself using most often. All of those are 1/2" eyelet on both ends.

^^^ I used to play that game, but now I just use a shorter shock on the front of everything and a longer shock on the rear of everything. I just order the valve rate that Steve and I feel will be the best for my application and then "Bob's your uncle." It's so much easier, I can even have the shock on the shelf before the vehicle even shows up.

x10000000 on bilsteins, valving in them makes them the best shocks for a bagged vehicle

Our customers are usually confused and upset enough when we tell them that they can't reuse their stock shocks. I can only imagine telling them their new ones were gonna be $100+ each. hahahaha.

I used dropped shocks for a lowered F150 on my Mazda, I set them up so its 3/4" from being fully collapsed when the truck is flat out. I also get about 10" of suspension travel before they top out. They were about $40 each from Summit.
