im in the same boat i have a 2001 F350 i want to lower it but not bag it i just cant find lowering kits from any where and mainly just the back like 3" so it rides level because its a 2wd and a dually.... i dont have the time or the money to bag it because what ive seen and heard its hard to bag and lot of time and work unless you take it some where but then its just a lot of money lol

Right now my '00 has drop I beams in the front with bags. My rear is all getting changed out right now. Look for my build thread you'll see some pictures. Ill have the front tires out soon to make a few modifications up there.

If you don't want bags and your just looking at leveling your ride than look into the longer shackles from DJM #SH3015-1. If you want a mild drop 1-2"s front and 3-5 rear than I would swap front springs to next level motor under yours and have camber and allignment done, out back you can now go with DJM shackle and hanger kit HS3015-5 (FYI found that Summit had the best price on seperate kits from DJM) it will be adjustable from 3 to 7"s. So now we get to hitting the limits of a Ford static dropped truck, DJM beams kit #DB3015-3 in front 3"s and the shackle / hanger kit out back. You can also change front springs when adding beams to acheive more than just 3"s in front, with option of last & thickest leaf spring removal which is another 1.5"s out back.
For quick referance, my F-350(pictured) has the 3" front beams w/factory springs and the shackle/hanger kit in rear also with factory leaf pack. it is a 3" / 7" static drop. I could still change my front springs to the V10 springs and pull the last and thickest leaf out of the rear pack to achieve more of a drop. I tow with this truck (RideRite helpers out back), either a 16' enclosed @ 8k + or a 40' gooseneck @ 25k +.
