all depends on how low are u gonna go with it..when u start baggin and body droppin u need to play with control arms and fenders..

i shortened my stock arms 1 inch and they cleared the fenders....but also ive read 3/4 ton hubs lengthen stock arms 1.5 inches and good to go....long as your lug covers arent long you wont have to mess with the front wheel openings

Run a cab and chassis rear end and bagged on frame u dont have to do rear fenders..bidydropped they will have to be raised..i have a stock rear bodydropped so i had to go up and out with my fenders..

Pretty sure changing out the dually hubs for single wheel hubs is the same as running the cab & chassis rear and usually a lot easier than finding the complete rear. Lots more SRW trucks out there to rob parts from than finding C&C rears which often go for good money because wrecker drivers/other work trucks need 'em to keep their trucks on the road. If I'm wrong on the hub thing someone please correct me.

I've been thinking about it myself as it's getting tempting to run semi's on my 58/94 project but I can't quite bite the bullet just yet. Way too much other work to get done on it and I still think I like the 16" steelies for the overall truck look.

My new dually started as a SRW truck....i kept the stock rear under it....tires are close to rear fenders.... 3/4 inch but they clear good....front i actually swapped the shortened arms off my old dually and kept dually hubs.....you can keep dually hubs and shorten arms 1 inch or run 3/4 ton hubs and lenghten stock arms 1.5 inches....but i seen where a guy couldnt run stock dually 16s on 3/4 ton hubs

made this pic.

the longer arms should equal more lift, better fit for the bags, and less camber..
