magnums

i was thinking about getting a magnum and was wondering if any one has one with high milage on it and how long ehy usually last for? any feedback would be nice thanks.

i know here in ventura county CA, dodge is offering LIFETIME drive train warranty.. look into that.. thts sounds like its not gonna break down anytime soon. lol. magnums are bad ass

My neighbor got one in summer of 05 and has 120,000 on it already and it still runs like new. he drives all over the state for business and loves it for long hauls and cartin' the kids around as well. The Lifetime warranty does NOT transfer over to 2nd owners if you're buying used.

Love mine got it in the summer of 05 and have 81k on it and no problems with it.

Now would be the perfect time since everyone is picking up more fuel efficient vehicles. I'm trying to talk the wife into one since only one of our vehicles gets driven often.

there is a lot of good deals on them right now on new and used. does any one have that deal where the 4 valves shut off after cruising at a constant speed? how does that do as far as mileage?

my hemi ram has the mds system to shut the motor down to 4 cylinder and I love it for long distance trips and coming home from work at 2:30am. It kicks in after 60 seconds in cruise control. I've been getting about 25mpg when its in 4 banger mode and about 14ish in the city. thats in a ram though I don't know what the difference is in a magnum

I wore magnums once but they kept slipping off so I used a couple rubber bands. she didnt mind.

i have wanted a magnum since they came out,i have test drove a couple with hemis in em and they are a blast to drive!Anyone else notice all the blind spote in them though,i think they would suck to back out of a tight spot in one.

ya i could see that there would be some pretty good blind spots in them
