ART uses Firestone bags. If you replace just one, stick with the Firestones, but if you're willing to replace both then you can go with any other brand that fits- I'm not sure which bag they use on that kit, but I think it's a 255c, or a 6" bag.
If that's the case, then a Slam Specialties RE-6 or an AirLift Dominator 6" bag would work well.
Good luck!

really you should also ask how a bag got a hole in it. there not known to just get holes.

which one is better salm or stones

That depends on what you're looking for. The Slams tend to offer a more controlled ride due to their stiffer sidewalls. They also balloon out less (which could help with whatever caused your last bag to fail), and lift higher.
However, the Firestone bag drops about 1/4" lower than the Slam, so you may lose drop if you switch...
Firestones also tend to be a few bucks cheaper, depending on where you shop.

My choice is Slam bags all the way, but again I'd recommend replacing them in pairs!

I am concerned with how you punctured the bag. give use a call 812 482 2932... Our kits are designed to use a firestone air spring with height, lift, and drop taken into consideration... Slams are nice bags but with some of the applications I would not recommend them. As far as which bag is better deppends on who you ask, I've ridden both and since I now lean toward stones
