Now in the rear on the bag mounts that pic was befor the crossmember was in but the gussets are welded to a 2"x4" crossmember but thanks for the heads up on the comps.Booster hasnt been moved yet its still there in stock location but the tire is layed on it pretty hard im going to try to just take it out and just drill new holes over as far as I can get it over

you can moutn the compressor whichever way you want, weve been mounting them upside down for years, still havent had one fail.

Just saying. There is a reason Lance and the guys at Viair dont recommend it. I just think it looks half assed when they are mounted like that anyways.

I dont think it makes a difference. Its about 130+ degree on the streets of phoenix in the summer. Does viair tell you not to run them on the outside of a vehicle in hot climate. I doubt it make a huge difference. And from the looks of this guys pics...hes not quite done yet so why done we hold back our rude comments till he says he is done. By the way, the work your doin looks great, throw some thicker metal on that compressor cross member and you will be strait. keep it up

I don't think I'm making rude comments. I just think that a brand new truck like that deserves a clean professional install.
