94 ranger 2.3 fuel pump wont kick on. ive checked the relay, its good. inertia switch is good. i can hook a 12v source to the backside of the inertia switch and fuel pump runs, so the wiring from the i.s. is ok. i can cross the relay socket from 12v constant to accessory (fuel pump) with inertia switch in place and the pump runs. any ideas? one thing it isnt getting the ignition signal from switch, but even if i give the "ignition" side of the relay 12v, the pump still doesnt kick on. im puzzled.

fuse? sounds to me like either relay is bad or the wiring connector itsself. also check grounds. ive had to run a completly new wire from the relay to the pump in some cass.
