my girl has a 99 eclipse non-turbo. when its hot outside, it boggs down bad. when at idle or driving. it will rev down and back up by itself. i hope that makes sense. its worse when the a/c is on. i just put new ngk plugs and new wires in. it still does it. ive heard that it could be vapor locking. we live in vegas and its so damn hot! but is that it, and how can i fix it. thanks.
