benadryl for me and im out cold. if no pills then a couple of beers will usually calm me down a lil to sleep.

Xanax and pain meds work well for me, or simply sleep from tylenol, if all else fails, the good old nyquil, u see that salas NYQUIL not NIGHTQUIL

liquid tylenol knocks me out real quick. it's the nastiest tasting crap ever but it works. i'm a rockstar junkie, i always have to have one or two or three.

i cant stand rockstar. crunk is were its at! lol tylenol pm works REAL good.
