should i trade or not

Ok this guy across the road from my mom wants to trade me straight up... He has a 95 pontiac firebird v6 with around 150k miles everything runs good on it from what i could tell... he wants to trade me that for my 97 nissan hardbody that dont really have anything special done to it except its lowered using block and torsion bars and it has 215k miles on it and a little bit of body damage so what do yall think i should do?
