ok stupid question... my cylinders came with brackets that had a plate to bolt to the cylinder and a rubber insulator and another metal plate. now how does the assembly go down... bolt the plate to the cylinder and then the rubber insulator then install it in the car and put the other plate on the top sandwiching the strut tower? please help...

no it shoud have 4 plates total thats front and back it should have 16 or so bushings 4 rubber circles then u go from cylinder u go ruber circle then plate then after this u would have 4 studs goin down then 4 studs faceing up the u put it in the strut tower and u put the 4 red bushings on the studs this way the cylinder has a cushion and so do the studs keeps them from breaking and gives u better ride quality

Not sure what kind of cylinders you have but mine had 2 bolts to bolt the plate to the cylinder, 4 screws coming outta the plate up front where i put 2 on slid the cylinder up in place and then put 2 on the top. Like you said sandwiching them on the strut tower mounts. In the back you will only have 2 bolts coming from the top. Hope this helps, i bagged my 92 accord a long time ago so if you need any help hit me up on here with any questions you have. I think i ran into every problem there ever was with this car!
