There are a couple ways to do it. You can move the stock one up and over. But then its gonna run through the cowl. You will have to extend clutch linkage and it still might not fit with 20s. The way mine is done is with a honda accord master cylinder (i think its from a 95). It has a remote resevoir. The master is next to the clutch pedal with a bar that pushes on it. just like the one that minitruckin did. You can do it the same way with a stock MC but you will have to make an access panel to fill the res. and check the level. Hope this helps.

heres a pic while i was doing mine.i'll get you a finished pic in a bit. i moved mine up about 3 inches. i had to cut into the cowl area and then sheetmetal and seal/waterproof around the pedal assembly. i extended my pedal too. in order to do all this i had to cut the pedal assembly in half where it attaches inside the firewall...its easy with a cutting disc. after i did all this i realized i moved it up too far so i had to trim an inch off of the reservoir to clear my hood. i've been driving my truck alot since i finished it in june and i've had no problems.
