i have a 97 crew cab, and last night it started raining really heavy, well this morning i went out and i have a leak in the cab, the front center of my headliner is soaked, and my cup holders were out, and the right one is full of water... do you think its the windshield leaking? or possibly one of my clearance lights?
thanks

Almost always the clearance lights, you may find you need to replace the lenses because they're warped or cracked. Overtightening the screws kills them.

The factory screws have a little gasket of sorts on them, just a ring of black material that helps seal the screw against the lens. Dunno how good a job it does. I suppose some silicone would be better, a small dab of clear in the hole then put the screw back in. If they keep leaking you might pull the lenses and gaskets and run a bead around the large hole for the socket on the roof then plant the gasket back down on top of it.

hey domer.... i like the look of your chevy, i was wondering were you got your lowering kit from. I've been looking around and i can only seem to find them on airbagit.com but they dont you a very good detail about them. Thanks for your help.

Mine came on my truck when i bought it, but i think western chassis has the spindles and coils for the front, and a flip kit for the rear. its a 5/7 drop and i run helper bags on the rear.
