Anybody have to build thier own headliner from scratch or mod a stock one??

I chopped my roof and i need to make a new headliner now that is an inch wider also I need to cut it out for the rag top(the easy part). Any body have any suggestions??

bump, I lost mine in all our moves plus it was crap from getting wet and from having a 35x55 hole in it

fiberglass the cut and re-upholster it i haven't heard of anyone doing this so that's my only thoughts. or just fiberglass the whole damn thing and paint it

Just mod ur stock one. Im going to be doing a rag top soon and was thinking the same thing and well figured I would mod my stock one. Its already layed in zebra print fabric. So I figured I would cut the hole for the ragtop and redo it in zebra again or fiberglass it and paint it. your stock one will work just need to mod it.

I'll ask the interior guys I know what they would do Josh and give you a call. Whenever I see them next.
