Hey man i was in the same boat as you with FBI rides, they pulled the same shit with me on a stock grille i ordered. except they sent me billet grille inserts instead. when i finally got a hold of them they told me to keep the billet inserts, and i would still get my grille. long story short after 3 months of no grille i said to cancel the order and refund me, they said oh hey no problem i understand, 2 1/2 months later no return on my card. i sent them the nastiest e-mail and within 10 mins i got my full refund back. its worth a shot tell them you will go over their head to the bbb. i might work. :xfingers:

I myself would say go for it and buy from them! I purchased 2 Kicker L5 subs, a Kicker ZX1000 amp a box for the subs and the wiring for $550, hell of a deal. I got all my shit it a week, and when I had questions were there and very helpful. Very satisfied customer here!!! I

If you want even more bad news about this place, They are from my area. They had a shop call Soundconnetion in Nixa, Missouri. That didn't last long, they were only open a short time. My bud got a job there doing tint, and they had to pay in merchendise(spell) b/c they couldnt make ends meet. They tried to get to big, to fast. They spounsered my car and old club, lets just say we had their Logo on and that was IT.
Truely sorry about hearing anyone getting burrned, none of us are made of money. L8r

same here ive ordered from the 6 times an never once had a problem with them. got all my stuff with in the week of ordering it. but it was all kicker an stinger stuff. it could be there a authorize kicker dealer ive never seen them sell nething else besides singer an kicker but i havent ever really loked thur there list of stuff on ebay.
