new model car build off

look back a few pages it says it you probably just missed it

as long as you have some build pics of start to finish i think your okay i dont think they meant a brand spanking never opened model but just to have one that your just starting not already done trucks you have chillin already built.....i have about 10 models not built but all have had the box opened and some parts scavenged for other builds but they are all new builds i also like to build from my parts pile so i think as long as its finished for this contest and not prviously finished you straight so i say finish the 4door

man im so confused now i dont know whats true i have heard brand new and ones that are not finished we all need to know all the rules and dates cause to many people are saying way to many diffrent things

So where do you guys get the stuff to build the links and frames for these things? a craft store or something?

uhm .. not sure what its called but you get it at a REAL hobby shop ..

have shheets that you can but out for panels and such and also you can get tubing and filler and crap ...

K guys, I need everyone who hasn't gotten an email from me to email me at mike.alexander@sourceinterlink.com to sign up! once we get a final count A MASS email will go out to everyone with all the rules and details... the way it will work is it must be an untouched mini truck model (meaning no mods done to it already) so it stays fair... 2 months will be the build time and we we'll be opening up a forum on www.minitruckinweb.com for this where you will have to post 3 weekly progress pics (this will be one of the ways to keep it fair)... these must be GOOD high res jpegs that are NOT BLURRY! your progress pics will be one of the ways the contest is judged so this will be very important! at the end the models will all be judged like a show (points system) and the winner will receive a full feature in the magazine and a prize pack

gonna be fun, so make sure to email me before next friday to sign up!!!
