Yeah I have a huge head as well. I think 8 or larger for a fitted hat.

People put on my welding helmet and it falls over their eyes.

Finally me and seth have something in common ahahha

I thought my head was big. I wear a L/XL helmet comfortably, but my riding buddy Brandon has an 8 3/4 head. He could only find on company that made a mountain bike helmet that would fit him. That's a big head!

Wow i had to post a second comment for this!!! 8 3/4 is Insanely HUGH gees

We carry them as well. They are FlexFits and are considered XL-XXXL and they fit sizes 7 3/8" - 8". You can only get them in Black, Dark Grey or Navy. We have to order at least a dozen in each color to get them wholesale, otherwise they are like $14 each.

Don't feel bad about having such a big nugget, we sell alot of them, lol.

Could be, we've done it before, but id say there is no way to know for sure and it would be hit and miss at best. Sometimes you never know how many times they backed over a design to fix a error, and you would really never know that till you pulled all the stitches. Also its not fun, and can be time consuming. I doubt you'd get much of a good price on doing that. By the time you bought a hat, shipped/took it to an embroidery shop, stripped it, re-embroidered the ones that could be and shipped/picked it back up you'd be out a fair chunk, not to mention time/hassle.
