ok so in my 66 im considering sheetmetaling the trunk, smoothing everything out and having some hydros and batteries in the trunk, im thinking of rhino line/ line x being color matched to what i want which would be a candy apple blue color. with battery acid/ acid powder from the terminals & hydro oil how well is it going to hold up if it gets on the liner?

usually liner can withstand about anything like that....i sprayed xtreme liner (like a linex) for 4 years....and i mean that stuff is tuff.... u should be good, but the acid is the only thing that im not sure about...hydro fluid shouldnt be a big deal

I run a Line-X store here in Ga. Go w/ Line-X and get the topcoat put on called Line-X XTRA. It contains Kevlar and is as durable as you can get when it comes to harsh corrosive substanance. Plus it assures that you can get a great match to your paint color as it is based off of a paint code. Any more questions let me know. I'll check the thread later.
