who has SMC Replacement Diaphragms

what i really need is a part # for the replacement diaphragm for a 1/2'' SMC valve.

come on guys! someome has to have someting for me. i have a fill valve that is leaking about 20psi every 2 seconds.

if its not pinched or ripped take the valve apart and clean it really well with wd40 make sure all the junk is gone then stretch the spring just a little they get worn out but it saves u time and money i did some on a mazda about 2 months ago just to see and it actually worked so try it and see
