Just wana say it was my first time dealing with Josh and I will be a loyal customer from now on. Ive never had a company call me and make sure I received my parts. Thanks Josh you saved my ass. My gay airzenith took a shit last night and i leave outta town 2maro. Thanks for the amazing service and awesome prices. ^^i second that^^ when i ordered my fuel cell his response time with my emails was incredible & he never even got pissed at how many emails i sent! i had him make a fuel cell to my specs & had about a thousand questions & requests along the way...i know i don't have that kind of patience to deal with those types of people

the fuel cell came out excellent, was built & shipped fast as hell, was actually a great guy/company to deal with (which is getting quite rare these days)

he definately deserves everyone's business. i only wish he had vynal stickers because i've graffiti'd the hell out of my trailer to advertise for all the companies that have done me right...

i agree i am sure josh remembers me i ordered my comps from him and there was a problem having them droped shipped to me but he did what he could and i got my comps at a real good price and he did what he had to to make me happy

u got it. i am human and i do fuck shit up once in a while, but i try to make up for it everyday, lol, and a thread like this is very rewarding when you try to work hard everyday and provide good service/parts/prices to everyone, even though it may go un-noticed. i appreciate the kind words...

it NEVER goes unnoticed, just people are more likely to bitch about companies that screwed them, than to praise the ones that did them right...just a sad fact of life

yea thats true.. if you do something bad, that person will tell 100 people, but if you do something good, that person will tell 1.

trust me when I tell you josh is a busy guy with his job his trucks and the business I never seen that guy take a break. I have been around since the start of the business and it has really taken off. I give it to his customer service skills. We have sat around and bullshitted for hours but once he gets a phone call from a customer or an email he is very quick to deal with it. Whether it be a sitation with shipping or just a friendly concern he treats them all like his name is on the line. Now if he would just let me help his ass out is another story!! LOL. Good shit ruse-oh

I ordered from Josh and was very happy with the response, constant e-mail updates and going the extra mile. Keep up the great work.
