cleaning tweed?????

how do u guys clean tweed, my dash is covered in brown tweed and it needs a good cleaning...i cant see replacing it just cuz its dirty but i cant think of any way to clean it...i was thinkin of maybe some carpet shampoo , the stuff in the airsol can with the brush attatched but i dunno....

do NOT scrub it... not even with a towel! it will leave little "fuzzies" stuck in it everywhere. if you scrub it with something like a nylon brush then it will unravel and end up all unwoven and "hairy" lookin...

try using some oxyclean kinda shit that you dont have to "scrub"

wow so basically this stuff is almost impossible to clean....this sux ass...

when i had tweed in my car and the seats got dirty i took them out and squrited them down with purple power then presure washed them

Try SHAMWOW ... I didnt see a single diver in the olypics using one.
