I am off work today and taking care of my kids. I started this project this morning and I will have pics up either tonight or tomorrow.

If I remember right, Little Shop of Horrors coffin switch boxes were in the $200 range as well.
$220 isn't bad considering it's hand made and not mass produced.

Ryan, Can't wait to see what you build. If the price is right and good quality I will order one from you.

I'm not sure that you are going to find better quality on sheetmetal parts than what I am going to put out haha, ok, off my soapbox. Seriously though, I have a fulltime job so I don't have to have insane prices to get by, I do this because I love working with metal and putting awesome stuff out there for others to see. I work in aviation doing sheetmetal and frame repairs to aircraft, so I gaurantee you, the quality is top notch. I will have pics up soon.

220 bucks for the one Andy posted seems like a pretty fair price for what you are getting. Its a machined piece which takes time and skill to do, not to mention the milling machine, tooling, overhead etc that goes along with it. After that you still have to fill it with switches and wire it up. People should be proud to buy a product thats made in your own continent by someone in our own mini truckin community. People have become way too reliant on cheap chinease made goods that are more often than not mediocore to subpar in the quality dept, be proud to buy north american made stuff for your truck! Thats my 2 cents anyways

I like the design that this dude ^^^^(Ryan) has. It makes the box look more authentic.

A switch box that is machined out of a billet is going to cost more all the way around. If you want that look then you better pony up and get ready to spend some coin.

Thanks boss. I agree a billet box is going to cost more due to the material and the tooling being more expensive. One like I am doing requires more skill and time, I am not knocking the billet switchbox so no one get that twisted please, I am just saying it requires more measuring, bending, drilling, etc. I love the way billet parts look, but this is what I do.

I am about to get started on the top and bottom of this box. I think you guys will love the way it turns out.
