Just visited a local semi trailer salvage yard I can get aluminum 22.5 for $125 ea is there any reason I cant use them also stealies for $25 ea can I run a 23 in tire on a 22.5 rim? I also can machine my own aluminum s at work. For 22s

If you have the skills to machine your own aluminum wheels then I would do it. If you look around online you can see what people have done to turn them down to a 22" wheel

So trailer rims are the same I was thinkin so but wasnt sure, also csn get studs chrsp too I think ill try my hand at making my own adspters basicall it will be labor Ican find material easily tthanks let ya know how things go

i'm probably going to be doing the same thing in a few weeks once it warms up abit more so i can walk through the local yard up here, the adapters are easy to make aslong as you have access to a mill and lathe adapters and rims will be pretty easy to whip up

Aluminum can be milled not steel. But ive seen tires stretched on steel and have never heard of anything bad happening. I personally like the look of steel with low pros better.

I agree I was thinking about stretching also but can't quite decidetheres an s10 crew cab dually on s10 forum stretched
