question on a bagged dually

I have a 98 chevy dually that is bagged but im having trouble finding a way to mount the ABS contoller under the hood and the two black boxes. Right not they are just hanging there and i want to see how yall have done this to your trucks. Also one more question I have to redo my rear notches and was wondering what is the best way to tackle this. thank you
