Hey has anyone tried running airbaggit's 3800 bags that are rated at 5000 lbs.? You always hear bad things about these guys, and I can't stand there ads in all the magazines, but its tough trying to find a good rated bag for the rear that has a good load rating on it. I have been thinking the slam specialties was the way to go, but they haven't had great reviews here lately either. Anyone got an opinion on it or another suggestion?

Are you set on double convoluted bags? If you're not, have a look at some of the medium duty sleeve bags. I

No not necessarily, but I think I'm kinda stuck based on the way I did my notch and wanting to run the bags on the axle. I just assumed they wouldn't work thinking they won't collapse enough. But I will look into it before I do rule them out, thanks for the heads up!

I'm running them and have been for almost a year....ordered a buddy a set at same time and zero problems out of any of them I'd recommend them and they handle the weight

They are a big bag.....these four airbags are the only thing I've ever ordered from airbagit and im not dissappointed....but thats about the only thing they sell that id be willing to risk my money on

Good to know about those bags, I also was looking at using those for rear on my project. I will prob get an extra, just as a spare.

And yes, got a nice 18oz waiting for me in the fridge! Tomarrow it will see a limited time on the grill, than hit my plate still going mooo!!
