The benifits are you will be able to lay frame and not lay at an angle. Theres numerous threads on Z'ing already. But It's raising the front suspension and front crossmember all together so basically you would cut the frame in the distance of lets say between the forwall and the control arm and raise it enough to put the front cross member even with the frame or maybe even a little more depending on suspension geometry and what size tire u wanna run. The you drop the front frame horns down the same amout you Z'ed the frame to the front fender bolts will line up with the rest of the body. I hope this wasn't to vague I've been drinking and not sure if ive explained it well enough. I'll check back in the morning lol
