I have been told that the angle on the triangulated bars needs to be atleast 35 degrees. I am wanting to set mine up the same as shown in the picture below, but when I mocked it up and measured the angle it was only 20 degrees, is this going to be enough?http://s13.photobucket.com/albums/a298/CrimePaysVideo/?action=view&current=ChrisCPV3002.jpg

The amount of angle that you can get away with is directly related to the compliance of the joints used. For example, if you are running heim joints on the triangulated bars then you can get away with less triangulation than if you were using a eurethane bushing that will flex and allow some lateral movement. In reality the perfect angle is 45deg to the chassis (the bars would be 90deg to each other) but that isn't feaseable with most suspension designs.

I am running urethane bushes. at a squeeze I may be able to get 25 degrees, is this going to be enough, or am I going to end up having to run a watts linkage or something?

Is that the angle on all 4 bars?
