Laying Frame in a Expedition???

I have a 98 Ford Expedition with an airbag setup already. I wanted to make it lay frame on 24" wheels. I wanted to know the best way to do so since I have no idea on what to do. I know that up front I need to cut out the fender wells and relocate some stuff in the engine bay. Do I buy after market control arms or do I keep my stock ones. Do I Flip my balljoints or buy spindles? In other words I would like to know step by step on what I need to do to make it lay frame the best and most reliable way. Any advice would greatly be appreciated!!!
