Did Totally Polished go out of buisness or did they just change names or what? What hapened to some of the projects that was on thier page forever. I know the excursion has been redone but what about the rear steer dodge ram and some of the other projects they were doing? I could be way behind the times on this but I just check in on thier site every few months and this time it said closed and had a redirect to an intense customs.

I was wondering the same thing myself. Seems like they had alot of projects to just up and vanish from the scene.

Chris is still doing his thing...hes working on a 59 Caddy (making it a 2door from a 4door...go figure!) I believe the shop side closed down...I know he had/has a polishing/chroming business for a long time (hence Totally Polished). be on the lookout for the redone Excursion coming soon to Street Trucks.

That is the 4dr Caddy he is completing. Chop stop, 2dr conversion.

He's up with Steve, used to work at the shop, at Toomey Customs. http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendid=304100829

As far as projects. Like I put in the Dodge 26'' thread. The 4ws dodge was pretty much stolen part by part or damaged by idiots. The Cobra is still shown by the current owner. My GMC is growing nicely to my driveway. My Toyota is still around. The prostreet was sold a few years ago no clue where that went. But it ran and drove. Not sure what Liz ended up doing with the FS Chevy or what the owner did with the mini blazer. The X was redone. Brad, who owned the dodge and worked at the shop, now owns Intense Kustum in the Valley, did the Sik stereo in it.

Hope that clears some up.

Yea that pretty much sums it up man. Sucks to hear about the dodge though I really wanted to see that thing done. That caddy is badass as well.
