Door Panel help

So i am thinking about doind something different than the stock door panels anyone have a good idea on how to make some or what out of or how to get them to stay on but be removable incase i need to fix the windor.

There will be a door handle window crank and a speaker in the door.

Depends on what kind of vehicle youre working on. I would try a sheetmetal door panel or you could possibly make one out of a sheet of masonite.

I read someone who used a strip of velcro all the way around the door panel for their custom panel, and claimed it worked almost too well for removal if you have to get into the window/lock area. Just an idea.

You can use foam and build fiberglass panels. You will want to build in some pop in panels to hide skrews behind to attach the panels. It not hard to do it just takes forever to get them smooth and clean.

what do you mean pop in panels? as in like they are factory how they pop in and out?
