options for airline.....

is there an alternative line that looks better than DOT line that comes in half inch? we are going to use slowdowns on each end of the valve so if i want to open it up i can and if i want to slow it down i can do that as well. Is stainless available in half? I'm mainline wanting it for the areas that will be "seen" with the bed and all on. Front end if I pop the hood and that kind of stuff.

you might be able to get hydraulic lines in half inch, not sure if itd be available in stainless or not though.

id imagine the have hydraulic line in it. if not, steel braided, should have hardline, and or copper.

steel braided is my fav btw.

i'd like to have stainless braided. aside from G-W.com I have no idea where to get it. I know the G-W stuff only comes in 4 foot lengths for the 1/2. I'd bet somewhere local would have this stuff seeing as there is a few heavy machine places.

napa does hydro line....

to me that looks just as bad as plastic DOT. Doing what we plan with the truck, i'd like to have each part fit the build.

i used the stainless wire braid with crimp on ends looks good and holds air very nice.It has the teflon insert in it got mine at a local hose shop in town here.It costs a bit but i have had it for about 3-4 years now and looks just as good now.
