Ontario HTA laws?

I'm up here in Ontario and looking to rebuild a 1978 GMC. Is there anyone in Ontario that has done this and knows about any legal requirements that need to be met to satisfy the Highway Traffic Act? I'm thinking like mirrors, rear bumpers, marker lights and dually wheel adapters, c -notch and lowering , etc?? Thanks RGB

Just for anyone interest sake.. all you have to do to keep the truck legal is pass the vehicle safety in Ontario.
