transmission xmember

does anybody have pics of a modified stock transmission xmember on an 89-95 toyota 2wd pickup to get it even with the frame. Just looking for ideas before I tear into mine. I dont have the cash to buy a new one, and I would like to keep my ebrake for inspection purposes. Thanks for any help.

just build you a new 1 with e-brake on it

I'm sorry I don't have a better picture, but here's a shot of one we did for a customer WAY back in the day. It was our crossmember kit, and we just modified it a bit to keep the factory e-brake assembly.We added a piece of tubing to the crossmember facing toward the rear of the truck, then welded the pivot assembly for the e-brake onto that tubing. There was a cable holder on the factory crossmember that we cut off and welded to the top of the new one, and that was it! Here's that picture:
