i was wondering what would be the best size and wall thickness of D.O.M for uppers and lowers on a astro van

i just want to know the size and thickness you guys use on uppers and lowers so i dont buy something that will be over kill and or not strong enough

1" .120 wall for uppers is what I commonly use. For lowers I would run 1.25" or 1.5" tube.

ok thanks seth really do appericate it, and same thickness on lowers as well or thicker and how much it would take to make two uppers and two lowers just basic control arm

SD uses .250 wall for almost everything. Air ride tech uses .125 wall for uppers and lowers I think.

.125 wall is best for uppers and lowers unless you are gonna hop it, then you might want to step up to .250 wall for the lowers. use at least .188 for the bag plates.
