bags on upper bars????

i need to see some pics so i can get an idea of how i want to brace the bag plates

this one we never got to finish, we were gonna grind down the welds around the notch and clean everything up. but the owner got his gf pregnant and etc, so he ran out of money, so this is how it sits in his yard. hopefully helps some..its a full size chevy, and the crossmember was gonna be chromed, due to it bolted in....
