Anyone know what other years steering wheels will fit a '78?

As the title says... Wondering what year spread of steering wheels will fit a 1978 GMC 3/4ton. It currently has the ugly ass black two spoke wheel. I would really like to update it with a newer factory GM wheel, maybe a 4 spoke one from a early to mid 90s truck... I searched the net for a while and didn't come up with anything.

From fullsize trucks, up to 1994. The 1995-up "fit" too but the depth is wrong and of course they're either airbag, or from heavier trucks designed to look like they have an airbag although they don't.

Most pre-airbag GM columns use a wheel that will fit your truck. The column is made by Saginaw (if I recall correctly) and was actually used in other stuff than GM; for example several Jeep models had them too. Look kinda familiar?
