Engine Heat

Hey guys, I got this annoying problem, after driving around the engine throws out heat obviously but it gets into the cab makin it hot as hell. Anyway I can stop this? plugging a vacuum hose or something? its coming thru the vents on the floor i believe.

pull the faceplate off of the hvac controls & see if one of the cables came undone. if it's the electric version, see if the connector got disconnected. you can also take a flashlight & look if any of the cable operated "flapper doors" in the ducting became loose, cracked, or disconnected as well.
