I have read from you a couple times that one needs to limit the travel of the rear suspension, but not to do it with the shocks. I can figure out how to limit the drop, basically the truck hits the ground just before the bag or shock is fully compressed. But what about lift? I'll use my buddies Nissan hard body for an example. We four linked it with RE-7s on the lower bars placed about half way on the 30" bars. Well needless to say he gets an asinine amount of lift. How would the lift be limited on such a set up?

Use limit straps. They can me mounted just about anywhere. From the frame to link bar, or you can get some slightly shorter than the shocks and mount them there. They are fairly cheap, and they will stand up to a lot of abuse, and they come in pretty much any length.

Heres a link to where I get mine. They make them in house and ship pretty fast, and will get you custom sizes if you need.

You know i was wondering the same thing cause i dont really see anyone using these but i would think a bag would start to rip if you ever tried to put the vehicle on a lift.

Ahab's Toyrover has them because he's running sleeves in the rear. He got his from ProComp. Work great.

Mine mount from the bridge to the lower shock mounts. Its nice cause when i put the truck on stands i just let the air out and the straps hold the rear end from ripping the bag apart.

I have thought of this, but I never heard of any one using them, I guess I thought it was one of those unspoken mini truck dont's.
