My neighbor has a 99 CBR600 and woke up this morning to a nice fuel smelling house. Bike was leaking fuel overnight. I came over and started removing shit. Looks like the fuel pump is shot. There is a little contact thing on the end where the fuel bowl is. Looks like it's broke. I'll try to get some pictures up tomorrow. However, do we need to replace the whole fuel pump or can we replace the hardware outside the can? Son of bitch is leaking and he needs the bike back up and running. Fuel pumps don't look too cheap.
Also, he's been looking at other fuel pumps on JC Whitney. Any cheap friggin' solutions???? I'll try to get some pics posted!!!!
