ok what kind of push-to-connect fittings would yal recomend? what company ect. and what kind of thread sealent and how tight to tighten the fittings in the bags and valves? i have slam bags re7's

I got mine from MIC. Adam sent them right out good pricing too. Worked Bitchin. For sealing used regular plumbers tape.

i get mine at fastenal,and use the blue loctite,never had any complaints

yup loctite works the best, and dont over tighten the fittings in the slam bags, or they will leak. gravity werx gets there fittings from parker.

ok i have the liquide teflone tape so how tight or snug does the fitting need to be in the slam bag?

Gravity Werx sells Alkon fittings mostly now but still can get the Parker fittings.
