ridinlowcustoms ? any thoughts

Hi gang has anyone ever use ridinlowcustoms for anything ?
if so how was it and how did they work with you, ie. shipping. ect.

I work off hours and can not get ahold of a couple places to get a few things. and I can not spend all day on the phone and talk to someone,( work ) also their web sites don't work..

I need notches and bag mounts on axle, and some misc. things
