need artist help for minitruckin themed half sleeve

the title says it all, i need help from an artist who can help me out with my half sleeve. I want it to go from my elbow up my arm, onto my chest and back, and almost to my neck. I want all automotive stuff, like a tach, switchbox, airbags, pistons, spark plugs, etc, etc, and i want it all tied in with flames, sparks, and smoke. I have pics of my arm, chest, and back, and i need someone with more artistic ability than i have (i can't draw stick figures). I could throw some cash your way, but it can't be a shitload since i have to pay personal property taxes, just had to pay sales tax on a new car, and still owe $2500 for the work on the burb. I have a guy that's tattooing me, but he does'nt have time to draw it out until i set an appointment, i'd really like to get it all set up so i can just show it to him, instead of setting up an appointment and having him draw something for me the day before, i'd really like it to look good, well in advance of getting the ink. thanks for the help.
