for some reason my fuel gauge and temp gauge aren't working. i replaced the fuel pump and fuel filter and the gas gauge still wont work. the temp gauge will work most of the time but im mostly worried about the fuel gauge. any ideas on what is up with it or should i just replace the whole gauge cluster.

Check with your dealer. Give them your VIN. On some trucks ( I cant remember what years tho) there is a special policy on clusters. There is a mileage restriction but dont remember how many. But if it applies to your VIN you get a new free cluster.

the special policy is for 03-04's only and only up to 70k... they did have problems with the fuel level sensors, also...if the needles are jerking around or stuck anywhere on of the lowest level its the cluster
